Since TM gained the first NLIS licence in 1999, we have a developed a good understanding of the needs and issues faced by Local Authorities managing official searches.

In 2009, we recognised that we could offer a viable solution that would provide conveyancers with access to official Local Authority searches without incurring unnecessary additional fees and being bound by complicated systems.

The TM hub has been designed to help improve the flow of information and reduce costs so that conveyancers can order an official search from any Local Authority in England and Wales and receive the results direct to their desktop.

Local Authority Land Charges departments can also take advantage of TM’s robust technology to add innovative features to their own website. Several authorities now use the LA Look Up tool on their website allowing visitors to quickly and easily identify the contact details for the correct authority for any property in England or Wales.
