Established in 1999 as a response to the government’s initiative to create a National Land Information Service, TM has continued to develop cost effective and efficient online conveyancing services for everyone involved in buying and selling property.
One of our earliest achievements was to reduce the search ordering process from 45 minutes to just 5 minutes. In 2003 we completed our first integration with a high volume conveyancer and in 2004, TM was the first to offer an online version of Ordnance Survey’s digital mapping system which enabled users to create sophisticated coloured plans online.

As well as being Microsoft certified, TM is a leading member of the OSCRE board, whose aim is to standardise automated electronic information exchange, and complies with COPSO and SearchCode standards.
