TOP TIP – Promote your firm: No new information shouldn’t mean no communication

Ahead of our Risky Business Roadshow, Richard Knight from Shopper Anonymous explains why you should always keep your clients “in the loop” – even if you have nothing to say:

“Communication is key in the client journey. Try to remember that while you might know all about the property transaction and feel happy that things are on track, your clients’ understanding relies completely on what you tell them.

Even if there is nothing to report, tell your client that this is the situation. Nobody likes feeling “left out of the loop” – so keep communicating. Silence isn’t always golden!”

Richard Knight will be part of our guest speaker line-up at our Risky Business Roadshow events this November, which will explore how firms can better protect, prepare and promote their businesses.
