 Planval/Searches Group Hackney – This service has now resumed, however there is a significant backlog which the department is currently working through. Turnaround times are being adjusted on an ongoing basis as new information becomes available.

Warwickshire County Council – Significant backlog of searches has resulted in a critically high turnaround time. Please contact us if you wish to discuss options.

Personal Search 

Supplier Update Last Updated On
Personal Local Authority Searches and chancel repair Hackney London Borough Council are not providing a service for Personal Searches at this time.  Official Searches are available on a partial-search basis following significant disruption to IT services  across the Council due to a cyber-attack.

West Dorset, Weymouth and Portland Council are experiencing extraordinary delays.

The Public Records Office has reopened.

Chancel Repair search orders are now in progress. Revised due dates will be provided shortly.
