The client services team are the heartbeat of the business and they manage the day to day client liaison with our professional services clients. The team are all about service, service, service and we thrive on delivering our SLA’s.
My team work in case management system that is a bespoke internal system designed by us and this system enables my team to both effective and efficient but above all delivering a great client experience.
My role as a team leader in client services is varied and fast paced. I manage a team of nine direct reports and have people management responsibilities such as completing annual employee appraisals, professional and personal development, coaching and training.
Day to day I also am our client and supplier escalation point, schedule and carry out workload management, and love to get involved in projects and project management.
The best part of my job is the people, the reason I joined tmgroup in the first place is that I wanted to get back to people management and tmgroup gave me the opportunity to do so. I also really value the amount of different departments and people that I have been able to work with and the variety of different things I have been able to work on is incredible.
Why do you like working at tmgroup?
The main reasons I love working at tmgroup is the culture and the people here, I still remember my first day working at tm, and everyone was so welcoming, kind and friendly. After being within the business for 6 months I knew that this was due to the culture that this company breeds and embodies.
Another thing to note about tmgroup is they do all they can to “make time for you”. This isn’t just about a pay, it’s the whole package that TM provides its staff which important to note. What do I do outside of work?
I spend most weekends I spend with my Partner and our Dog. We love to travel, and I am part of a Recreational ice hockey team called the Swindon Avalanches (Hence the picture!).
