What do you do in your day-to-day job?

As part of the Client Relationship team, we are the face of tm. I specialise in working with our largest commercial Real Estate firms, working closely with key individuals to build a long standing partnership, both at individual and company level. My day-to-day jobs include meeting clients regularly to discuss current and future business plans as well as providing on site or virtual support through training on the tmconvey platform. Working with other departments at tm, I want to ensure we’re providing the best service and support. In addition, I make sure I’m keeping up to date with all new products and services we offer as well as what’s happening within the market.

When did you start?

March 2015

How have you progressed in your role since joining?

I joined tm as a Business Development Manager for the Residential market focusing on regional firms in the North London, Essex and East Anglia regions. Within a year I was promoted to Key Account Manager and then a year later to Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for our largest commercial Real Estate clients. I am currently a Client Relationship Manager (still responsible for managing the same type of accounts and clients). As for projects, I have been a key member in the development of our Real Estate proposition which is ongoing. Projects have included the development of our Managed Services proposition, to include Portfolio services, LR Extract and our new Portfolio Manager, as well as mapping and data enhancements. I have also assisted HR in Conveyancing training for new joiners to tmgroup, which included the development and delivery of 3 core modules.

Why do you like working at tmgroup?

In short, the people. Internally, there is a huge amount of support and recognition from within my own team and other departments at tmgroup, ICE being a great example. Externally, I’ve been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to build long-term relationships with so many of our wonderful clients.

What do I do outside of work?

Most of my spare time is spent with my wife and two young daughters. I love travelling, eating out and socialising with family and friends. A real passion of mine is cooking, trying a variety of cuisines and more recently baking, much to the delight of my girls.
