Land Registry have made us aware that they are temporarily suspending their online services for the weekend of 16th and 17th June 2018. (You may also have received a notification email direct from Land Registry.)
This is to complete some essential maintenance work – and will result in some minor delays to any AP1 submissions made on 16th or 17th June 2018.
While you will be able to process and submit your AP1s on tmconvey as normal throughout this weekend, please be aware that we won’t be able to submit these onto Land Registry until their online service is resumed on Monday 18th June 2018.
