In light of the recent changes to the Law Society’s flood risk practice note, it is important that flood risk analysis for commercial properties be completed by a suitably qualified consultant. Each FloodSolutions Commercial and SiteSolutions Combined report includes an opinion and interpretation of flood data from an experienced IEMA-accredited consultant, advising if a full Flood Risk Assessment is required under the National Planning Policy Framework.
