Hannover RE have replaced Acasta Europe Limited as the underwriter for Northcott Beaton’s Residential Abortive Transaction Insurance (RATI) cover as of 1st November 2017.
This change will be present on all Residential Abortive Transaction Insurance (RATI) policies ordered on tmconvey after 31st October 2017.
The new underwriter will provide virtually identical RATI cover at the current rate. The claims process and information they require to place cover will also remain unchanged.
The only noticeable difference will be the logo present on the documents you receive when you order your policy.
