tmgroup are pleased to announce that Conveyancers can now complete property searches with their tmconvey or CDS Quick Search Order (QSO) platforms without leaving their InTouch case management software, in the latest integration partner launch from the business. The integration will enable fee earners and support staff to work smarter by saving valuable time on double entry as data is automatically passed between tmconvey/QSO and InTouch.

From within tmconvey or QSO, accessed directly from their InTouch system, Conveyancers can seamlessly order searches with no additional logins required. Accessing the full range of searches from tmgroup and CDS the Conveyancer can place their search order which will automatically record against their matter within InTouch.  The order status of their search will be visible and once the search results are returned the search result documents are recorded against their matter in InTouch, so no need to save and attach the document manually, saving valuable time.

Commercial Director for tmgroup, Jonathan Stebbings commented “Working on delivering integration solutions for our clients is a key focus for us as we continue to look to streamline the property transaction, we are really excited to offer both our tmgroup and CDS clients the ability to integrate with InTouch.”

Dale Rounce, Founder of InTouch commented “We are pleased and excited to showcase our integration with tmgroup. The seamless integration provides users of InTouch to seamlessly order searches and never miss when they are returned. We have very much enjoyed working with tmgroup on this project and look forward to seeing our users benefit from this.”
