With conveyancing firms expected to fall within scope of the new regime, this session examined the regulatory drivers behind the changes, the practical implications for SDLT processes, and how firms can prepare for implementation. The registration period opened on 18 May 2026, and firms without an Agent Services Account must register within three months, by 18 August 2026.
