Swindon, 17 August 2026. tmGroup has announced a new partnership with the UK division of DUAL Group, an international underwriting agency, giving conveyancers direct access to DUAL UK’s legal indemnity insurance products from within tmConvey.
The integration means firms using tmConvey can compare and order DUAL UK policies for residential and commercial property transactions without leaving their case management workflow. A dedicated DUAL tile within tmConvey takes users through to DUAL UK’s own portal, My Legal Indemnity Shop, where they can obtain a quote and complete a purchase.
DUAL UK joins CLS and First Title as the third legal indemnity insurance provider available through tmConvey, giving conveyancers more choice to suit their clients’ circumstances and their firm’s risk appetite.
tmGroup customers gain access to more than 50 residential and 30 commercial indemnity products through the partnership with DUAL UK, covering common risks including building regulations, chancel repair, restrictive covenants and the Insolvency Act. Firms can combine up to four products under a single policy, and quotes are typically available within seconds once the relevant details have been entered.

The DUAL tile is available now within tmConvey for tmGroup customers. Firms new to DUAL will need to register for an account before placing their first order; existing DUAL clients can log in with their current My Legal Indemnity Shop account details or create a user to access the platform immediately.
