Updates to our General Terms – October 2026

We’ve updated our General Terms, effective 13th October 2026, to add terms for our two new AI-powered services: tmDocAssist and tmReports.

What’s changed

Annex 3 – tmDocAssist Terms sets out the terms for using tmDocAssist. It covers:

  • how tmDocAssist outputs are produced and delivered
  • fees
  • the AI technology behind the service
  • data processing and retention
  • limitations of liability
  • how to stop using the service

Annex 4 – tmReports Terms sets out the terms for using tmReports to create a Report on Title. It covers:

  • what a Report on Title is and how you can use it
  • the AI technology behind the service
  • how personal data is processed, kept separate and deleted
  • limitations and disclaimers, including how we correct errors you report within 30 days

We’ve also made a small correction to the clause numbering in Section 22 (Amendments to the General Terms).

What this means for you

If you don’t use tmDocAssist or tmReports, nothing changes in how you use our services today. If you use either service, or plan to, please take a few minutes to read Annex 3 and Annex 4.

As set out in Section 22 of the General Terms, if you continue to use our services after this notice, you’ll be treated as having accepted the updated terms.
