On 28 April, we hosted a session bringing together a practical discussion on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and what it means for obtaining vacant possession in residential property transactions. The Act isn’t just for landlords and tenants; it iss already changing what conveyancers need to check, advise on, and the potential risk exposure when handling tenanted properties.
