Mining risk, both coal and non-coal, is screened as standard alongside ground stability and radon. Every Homebuyers report includes ClimateIndex, Groundsure’s forward-looking climate risk module covering flooding, subsidence and coastal erosion, so emerging risks can be flagged to clients before they become a problem.
